- Pune Metro Section (District Court to Swargate): Inauguration of this section marked the completion of Phase 1 of the Pune Metro project, costing ₹1,810 crores. Modi also laid the foundation stone for the Swargate-Katraj extension, a 5.46 km underground metro line, at a cost of ₹2,955 crores.
- Bidkin Industrial Area: The Prime Minister dedicated the Bidkin Industrial Area, part of the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor, covering 7,855 acres. This project is expected to bring significant investments and job opportunities to Maharashtra.
- Solapur Airport: The newly revamped Solapur Airport was inaugurated, expanding its capacity to serve 4.1 lakh passengers annually and improving air connectivity, boosting tourism, and business.
- Memorial for Savitribai Phule’s First Girls’ School: The foundation stone was laid for a memorial at Bhidewada, where Savitribai Phule opened India’s first girls’ school. The memorial will include a skill development center and a library, paying tribute to her legacy and promoting women’s empowerment.
