Position Details:

Upper Age Limit: 53 years as of December 31, 2024
Educational Qualification: Full-time regular Engineering Degree in Chemical/Chemical Technology with a minimum of 60% marks.
Experience: A minimum of 25 years of post-qualification work experience is required. The candidate should have experience in operations and maintenance of large capacity ammonia/urea complexes, petrochemical plants, or petroleum refineries. At the time of application, the candidate should be holding the position of Head of Plant/Operation/Technical Services/Maintenance.

Job Responsibilities:

The Vice-President (Production/Operations) will be responsible for the overall operations, production, maintenance, technical services, and management of the fertilizer plant.

Compensation:

The position offers a pay scale of INR 1,20,000 – 2,80,000 with an approximate CTC of INR 47 Lakhs per annum. This includes perks, allowances, HRA based on the place of posting, and performance-related pay.
